Telephone Consultation

Call us and talk with our team. We’ll discuss your child’s goals and determine if we’re the right fit. No pressure, just answers.

Academic Evaluation

This comprehensive 1.5-2.5 hour assessment pinpoints exactly where your child stands academically. We evaluate reading comprehension, math skills, study habits, and learning style to develop a personalized learning program.

Results Conference

We meet with you for 60-90 minutes to review:

  • Your child’s current academic performance and skill level
  • Specific areas where targeted instruction will drive success
  • Our recommended personalized program and timeline
  • Clear, honest pricing with no hidden fees

Instruction Begins

Students typically attend 2-3 times per week, 2 hours per session. Younger students (K-3rd grade) receive one-on-one instruction. Older students work in small groups of 4 to develop independent learning skills.
